Guarded and unaware about sums it up. Including that she's unaware it's okay to be both of those things.

Nami is so confident and so smooth. Her hand eases into Tifa's space, giving her time to get used to it before Nami slides it higher, pulling Tifa closer. Her breath catches, and she feels like she's hanging on Nami's every word. Tifa hasn't had a lot of real friends. That alone makes this amazing. The added touch and direct acknowledgement that Nami finds her attractive makes it almost overwhelming.

Except Nami also is so good about making sure Tifa feels safe, and that's something she could kiss her for.

Tifa exhales as Nami kisses her, rolling her words around. She nods slowly. That's... a really good point. "Right," she says. "I like you too. I'm really glad we're friends and...I like exploring with you. Kissing you was fun."

She watches as Nami takes her bra off, eyes taking in every curve and muscle. She's so strong, but still so feminine. Tifa could look at her all day.

Instead, she smiles, a little shy as she reaches to pull her shirt off, then her bra.

"Thank you, for reminding me its okay to go slow. I feel so behind here, even though no one is pressuring me."
